Building a stronger community together with Kieser Bendigo

More news

The McKern Foundation has welcomed Kieser Bendigo as one of our Foundation Partners, joining a growing group of local businesses helping us make a positive difference across the Bendigo community.

With a shared focus on wellbeing and helping people live active lives, Kieser is a natural fit for the Foundation and the work we do across our region!

Their support is helping to grow Fresh Fruit Friday, which provides fresh fruit each week to thousands of local children across schools, kindergartens and community organisations.

A different approach to strength and movement

Kieser Bendigo combines physiotherapy with strength and conditioning to help people build strength, improve movement and get back to doing the things that matter to them.

Their Bendigo clinic isn’t your typical gym. It’s a calm, focused environment designed specifically for strength training, rehabilitation and long term physical health.

The team works with people across different ages and stages, from those recovering from injury or surgery through to people managing ongoing pain, wanting to improve their sporting performance or simply looking to stay strong and active.

Exercise is also a big part of the Kieser approach to physiotherapy. Their Bendigo team works with clients experiencing a range of conditions including back and spinal conditions, shoulder, knee and hip pain, sporting injuries and pre and post-surgery rehabilitation.

Each person’s journey starts with understanding their individual needs and goals. From there, physiotherapy and targeted strength training can work together to support recovery, build confidence and improve everyday movement.

It’s an approach that looks beyond simply treating pain, with a focus on helping people become stronger for the long term.

Supporting the McKern community

To celebrate the partnership, Kieser Bendigo is offering 50% off an initial assessment to anyone who mentions this blog when booking.*

It’s a great opportunity to meet the local team and find out whether Kieser’s approach to physiotherapy and strength training could help you move and feel better.

There will also be another opportunity to meet the team when Kieser Bendigo opens its doors for an Open Day on Saturday 12 September, with more details coming soon.

Thank you to the Kieser Bendigo team for getting behind the Foundation. We look forward to what we can achieve together.
